Do you have walk-in shop where I can come and check out the products?
Yes! We are located at 79 Owen Road Singapore 218895.
Do I have to create an account to shop buy online?
No, you can checkout as a guest. But when you register you will enter your name, phone, email, contact and delivery details for the first time only. When you purchase anytime these details will be entered automatically for you during checkout. Moreover you will have a personal Dashboard when you login, You can manage your Orders, Addresses, Account details here, You can also view/download your order history, status, order and invoice.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
No. We do not have a minimum required purchase for delivery
What is your delivery fee?
The delivery fee is $5.
Is there a cut-off time for next day delivery?
The cut off time is 8pm everyday for next delivery day. We suggest you to order earlier in the day to ensure earliest possible delivery for you.
How will my order be packed?
Your orders will be packed into plastic bags.
Is there any referral coupon?
Yes, ask the person placing the order to include youe email id in the "Add a Note" section during checkout. After verification, we will notify both parties with one-time coupon codes.
I am having issues with registration or login. How can I contact you?
Can I add or remove items after placing an order?
Unfortunately this feature is not available in the website. But you can reach out to us immediately and we will try our best to accomodate your request.
Can I use more than 1 coupon code at a time?
No, only one (1) coupon code can be used per purchase.
I just realised that I will not be in home on the delivery date/time. What can I do?

What should I do if an item received is defective?
Please email us at email@example.com with photos of the defective item(s) within 1 hour after delivery time. We will either exchange or provide a refund for the defective items.
