What if my insurance plan sends me a check directly for the cost of the test?
Your insurer may send a payment directly to you rather than paying Lynx Dx. If you receive a check from your insurance company for MPS2 testing, please endorse the back of the check with your signature and the words “Pay to the order of Lynx Dx” and mail the payment, along with a copy of the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) to:
